EquaTea is a social impact driven business that works in partnership with targeted rural communities to provide a promising future for children through environmental protection and economic development.
We partner with community development groups to develop facilities like schools, clinics, roads, etc. We work together to replant forests, maintain waterways, in other words, we are about our tea communities thriving.
Our farmers own the land, the tea, and they work hard to tend it. Our commitment is to purchase their teas at top market values, so that the farmers can have a sustainable livelihood.
EquaTea’s development strategy is designed to engage the community throughout the implementation process. Our commitment is for holistic development in an area for a measurable amount of time (5-10 years) and then replicating the ideas in other sites.
EquaTea believes in and practices partnerships. We partner with businesses, communities, as well as experts, philanthropists, NGOs, Governments, donors, and well-wishers to support the holistic development of our host communities.
